Beautifying the Fox Valley
The Marigold Mile, Inc. is a charitable organization working towards beautifying the Fox Cities by planting thousands of marigold flowers along its streets, while providing community service opportunities to volunteers.
For over 35 years, The Marigold Mile has been planting marigolds on South Oneida Street in Appleton. Recently the organization expanded to include planting downtown Menasha on Racine and Main Street. Both projects are 100% funded and planted by their communities.
On August 12, 2025, the Post Crescent published newspaper article on the history, expansion, and community impact of The Marigold Mile.
